Disclaimer: This event is reserved for alumni who have a focus on a career in sales. COOP candidates should align closely to Salesforce SDR and Solutions Engineering roles. We are considering participants who have a passion for technology and have demonstrated experience in sales-related roles or have transferable skills.
About the Future Executive Summit
The Future Executive Summit focuses primarily on inspiration, access, and career exposure, opening the doors of Salesforce to ensure early-career talent has an opportunity to experience the magic of Dreamforce.
The 2025 Future Executive Summit will spotlight leadership in the time of AI, with three career paths at the center: Solution Engineers, Sales Development Representatives, and Forward Deployed Engineers.
The overall goal will be for participants to hear from inspirational leaders, learn about pivotal Salesforce roles, and have the opportunity to practice telling their stories the Salesforce way. After the summit, attendees will head to the Dreamforce campus to dive deeper into our products, culture, and latest innovations.

Date: Thursday, October 16, 2025
Location: Will be shared if admitted into this event, followed up by exploration of Salesforce's Dreamforce campus at the Moscone Center.
Time: 8:30 AM PDT - 5PM PDT
Additional Pre-Event: (TBC) Wednesday, October 1st we will hold a one hour virtual call to prepare participants for the event.
