​We’ll hear Tiina Viljakainen and Helmi Pitkäniemi from Taiste, who will share two case stories from Hesburger about co-design and human collaboration in building digital tools for busy restaurant environments.

​How do you create digital solutions together with the people who use them? And why does sales forecasting matter for Hesburger employees? Come hear Tiina and Helmi’s insights and get a behind-the-scenes look at co-designing better employee experiences.

​What is DASH?

​DASH is a student-lead design-focused company based at Aalto Design Factory in Espoo, Finland, that spun out of Aaltoes. Their main event is the Sprint, an annual design hackathon organized every year in March, where student teams spend a weekend tackling real challenges brought by partner companies, pitching their solutions at the end. The Sprint has grown year over year, with the 2027 edition (19-21.3.2027) expecting around 300 participants. Alongside it, DASH also runs smaller events centered around design, creativity and innovation like the speaker event series DASH Bits.
