Scott Fanning is a partner at Fisher & Phillips, Chicago office. He represents management in all aspects of labor and employment. The majority of Scott's practice is before federal and state courts and alternative dispute forums throughout the United States while at the same time advising and assisting employers of all sizes navigate the changing HR legal landscape.
Jerry Kelly is the Vice President of Partners and Alliances at G-P (Globalization Partners), where he leads the North America partner go-to-market strategy and partner-facing teams. With over 25 years of global sales leadership in both partner and direct sales, Jerry has a proven track record of transforming sales organizations from transaction-focused businesses to solution sales, focusing on solving key business problems for customers of all sizes.
Rachel Miklas Enasescu is a Human Resource Specialist at Insperity. She is a part of the Insperity Chicago Service team. Prior to Insperity, she was with Amazon where she worked in various HR roles. In addition, she has also worked as the HR Manager for an entertainment venue on the southwest side of Chicago with 150 employees.
