Strategy Session (Quarterly)

​Join us for our quarterly activation session where we'll review progress, share updates, and make decisions together about OpenCivics Consortium's direction and priorities.

​We'll be focusing on data collection and progress reporting from all councils and funded projects. We'll hear accountability updates from the Delegate Council, strategic insights from the Stewardship Council, and external perspectives from the Advisor Council. Whether you're actively involved in an activity or participating as a citizen member, you'll have the opportunity to review what's been accomplished and provide feedback on where we're all headed collectively.

​These sessions are where we look together at what's working in our ecosystem and network, acknowledge what isn't, and adjust our approach accordingly. All reports and discussions feed into our broader quarterly processes, helping us stay adaptive and accountable to our goals.
