About Event

Part of Amsterdam Tech Week 2026. June 16–19

Meet the person behind this session: Angelique Schouten knows enterprise sales from the inside. As a former Executive Board member at Ohpen, the world’s first cloud-native core banking engine, she helped sell into some of the most complex financial institutions in Europe.

At Ohpen, she led commercial operations and founded the UK office, working on deals averaging €7 million. These were not quick sales calls. They involved tier 1 and tier 2 banks, long buying cycles, many stakeholders, heavy due diligence, and high-trust decisions around a platform running over €100 billion.

Today, Angelique is CEO and Founder of 10x.Team. She is also a scale-up and internationalisation expert volunteer in Techleap’s Rise Program, where she helps founders scale their organisations and prepare for international roll-out.

Fun fact: Angelique was also among the handful of people selected to preview ChatGPT two weeks before it went live in 2022. She has been building, selling, and scaling ever since.
