For #AIWeekNY, we are hosting a quick, zero-stress workshop where you will go from a blank screen to a live, functional web app in just 2 hours. A low-stakes event to learn and experiment with zero coding experience required. Just you, your ideas, and the power of Lovable.
What is "Vibecoding"?
It’s the new way of building software where your intent is the code. If you can describe a solution, you can build it. We use natural language, a.k.a prompting, to "vibe" a live product into existence in the real-time.
What You Will Do
Learning by Doing: Watch us "vibe" a real app from scratch to see the magic in action.
Vision Prompting: Learn to give AI a "vision" so it builds exactly what you need.
Build Your MVP / Version 1.0: Whether it’s a personal habit tracker, a gift recommender, or a personal note-taker, you build what matters to you.
Ship It Live: Publish your own web app to a live URL that you can actually use and share with others by the time we finish.
Demo & Feedback: Share your creation with others in the session. This is a low-stakes environment to experiment. There are no dumb questions. We embrace "bugs" and failures as part of the creative process!
The Instructors
Shelly Natalia: Business leader, ex-cofounder, and official Lovable Ambassador. An MIT Sloan Fellow and former leader at Unilever and Shopee, Shelly co-founded GoToko and specializes in data-driven strategy, business development, and finance. She taught the Vibecoding with AI class at MIT IAP in January 2026.
Siddharth Mehta: MIT Sloan Fellow and tech veteran. Siddharth brings deep technical expertise as a former Software Engineer at Adobe and leadership experience as the former Country Head of Shopee Pay Philippines.
