Join us for an evening of live music and conversation at a beautiful (and brand new!) two-story cafe and listening bar in Downtown San Diego.
This phone-free experience blends intimate performances with meaningful dialogue, featuring four artists who’ll share original songs and stories behind their work.
Between sets, connect with others, grab a drink, and explore the themes that make music such a powerful connector.
What to Expect
A curated, phone-free social and musical experience without any notifications or distractions.
Enjoy original performances, audience-led discussions, and a collaborative closing set in the venue’s upstairs listening room. Food and non-alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase.
Upon arrival, you'll check your phone with us for safekeeping. From there, your only job is to be fully present.

About the artists:
Brianna Grace @briannagrace444
Hailing from outside of Boston and now calling Southern California home, Brianna Grace is a San Diego Music Award-nominated singer-songwriter with a passion for bringing people together through her music. Known for her vulnerable lyrics and catchy hooks, she isn’t afraid to go deep and share her soul through sound. Brianna has a unique, yet nostalgic 90s sound that blends rock, folk, and a sprinkle of pop.
David Roan @daveybehavey
David is a songwriter residing in San Diego. He believes in songwriting as a tool to constantly discover and develop yourself. His ultimate goal is to write songs that are true to his soul.
Hailey Wetzel @honeydew_hailzz
Hailey Wetzel is a folky, soulful, and jazz-tinged songwriter whose music blends heartfelt storytelling with rich, timeless melodies. Inspired by artists like Alice Phoebe Lou, Olivia Dean, Van Morrison and Maggie Rogers, her sound carries an honest warmth and rhythmic ease. After a cross-country move, she’s spent the past few years rooted in San Diego, becoming an active voice in the local music community. With a voice that feels both intimate and expansive, Hailey crafts songs that linger — emotive, melodic, and deeply human.
Jay Freed @itsmejayfreed
Blending the warmth of acoustic soul & R&B with the storytelling of indie-folk, Jay Freed creates music rooted in authenticity and emotional honesty. Guided by the belief that growth comes from risk and taking chances, he approaches every song as a reflection of life’s next step: one moment, one decision at a time. Jay Freed’s sound is defined by sincerity and soul, embracing individuality while connecting deeply with listeners. Through his work, Jay Freed encourages others to defy timelines, chase what they love, and make their passions a way of life.
Madison @cyb3rsens0rium
Madison Victoria is a poet + collector of omens and small trinkets and is wholly devoted to synchronicity. She often finds these in secondhand goods and fated encounters. For her, poetry is what's left of every explanation you couldn't give in time. Their verses have animated art markets, local events, and indie poetry anthologies. Madison is active in San Diego’s independent poetry scene, appearing in spontaneous writing sessions and in local showcases.
