Breathwork & Yoga + Light Brunch

​Another special event where we want to invite you to take care of your mind & body for a morning of mental reset.

​We are collaborating with @jelenew_official, a brand who cares about sports performance and mental health;

​The session will include: opening breath work and a yoga practice designed to focus on dynamic movement and mobility, led by Eleonora @eleonorafg_ plus a closing meditation let by @attiliovenezia. Free Coffee & Breakfast will be provided as well as some Jelenew Giveaways gadgets :)

​What you need:

• ​Comfortable clothes

• ​Yoga Mat (or towel)

​We meet at 10:30 at Jelenew Store: Carrer de la Ribera, 10, Ciutat Vella, 08003 Barcelona

​**Please arrive 10 minutes early to get ready**

​We will finish class around 11:45 and we'll enjoy some coffee, snacks and chat together
