Forget prompt engineering, or at least the version of it we learned over the last few years. A year ago, a good result from AI meant long prompts, detailed frameworks, and constant instructions. Platforms like Claude Code, Claude Cowork, ChatGPT Work, and Google Antigravity changed that relationship.
Now you hand the system a goal, context, tools, permissions, and clear criteria for success. From there, agents plan the work, execute multiple steps, review what they made, and keep improving it. The core skill stopped being how to write a prompt. It became how to provide context, delegate outcomes, coordinate agents, and judge what comes back.
Builder, founder, or investor, you are part of this.
This edition is an introduction to that shift. We look at what makes a platform agentic, how it differs from a traditional chatbot, and how founders put these systems to work in research, operations, content, product, and software engineering. No perfect tool and no universal workflow, just the logic behind agentic work and a room experimenting with it together.

Builders, hands-on workspace: bring your laptop and build with us. Whether you already run Claude Code or Google Antigravity, or you are opening Claude Cowork or ChatGPT Work for the first time, you are welcome. We start with the concepts and the toolkit, then run a guided Build Sprint on a real task or project. You do not need to master every tool before attending.
Observers, drop by and network: watch agentic workflows in action and understand the logic before building your own setup. You can join the discussions and demos without coding or configuring anything. Good format to meet other founders and see how AI is changing knowledge work.

Magic Island is a month long popup city in Florianópolis, Brazil. Every August, founders, builders, and investors land on the island for hackathons, dinners, meetups, and open days.
AI Prompt Nights is an initiative of the Floripa Institute of Technology [FiT], a non profit institution working across education, advocacy, and research to make Florianópolis a global hub for technology and entrepreneurship. Through the FloripaDEZ campaign, FiT is working to establish a Special Economic Zone in Florianópolis to attract global investment and simplify entrepreneurship.
Founder Haus Beach Club is a private club for founders who build and builders who found. As part of the Founder Village infrastructure, developed and co-owned by founders for founders, we are transforming the neighborhood of Jurerê Internacional into the village we want to live in, share with like-minded families, and co-own as a community.
