🌐 An ecosystem event during Shanghai Robotics Week, May 25–31
On the afternoon of May 28, Nora, D.Transformer, theMu, and Future Factory will co-host an AI Hardware Jam at the Hongcheng OPC Community on the 2nd floor of Alibaba’s T2 Campus.
This is not a product launch or a roadshow. It is an on-site jam for AI hardware builders, developers, designers, artists, and curious players.
The first half, Meetup · “Where the Magical Hardware Is”, will feature several teams currently experimenting with AI hardware. They will bring prototypes still in iteration and share what they have recently built, where they are stuck, and what they want to try next.
The second half, Build Up · “Inspiration Market”, will provide development boards and Nora Hub support on site. Participants can freely form teams and turn spontaneous ideas into small working prototypes. Not in the mood to build? You can also come to play: explore the space, try out prototypes and products, and talk with builders about what makes AI hardware so magical.
The event will end with a Show & Tell session. Emotional companion devices, health scenario demos, voice-controlled interactions, weird but interesting prototypes — all are welcome on stage.

Agenda
13:00–13:30 · Check-in
13:30–14:30 · Meetup · “Where the Magical Hardware Is”
Project development progress sharing. The hosts will select several AI hardware teams that are actively building. Each team will have 8–10 minutes to explain what they are making, where they are stuck, and why it is worth building.
14:30–16:00 · Build Up · “Inspiration Market”
Free team formation, on-site product trials, and rapid development. This will be a pop-up workshop for on-site secondary development.
Planned devices and support include:

You can freely form teams around the devices available on site, rapidly experiment, and create a small interactive installation or AI hardware demo. Engineers will be on site to provide support and help participants move from idea to working prototype.
16:00–16:30 · Show & Tell · Open Demo Session
Each project can voluntarily present on stage. just fun, inspiring, and interesting things.
Hosts
Nora — We are building a runtime and monetization layer for AI-native smart devices, helping device companies ship agentic experiences.

theMu — A gathering place for hardware builders during Shanghai Robotics Week, May 25–31. This Jam is one of the ecosystem events of Robotics Week.
Future Factory — A cross-border hard-tech accelerator and hardware supply chain intelligence platform with operations in Boston, Shanghai, and Shenzhen. Future Factory provides end-to-end support for hardware entrepreneurs from concept to mass production, and organizes deep connections between Silicon Valley and China’s manufacturing ecosystem.

No hardware background is required, but the Build Up session will involve hands-on work with development boards. We recommend bringing your own laptop.

5 月 28 日下午，Nora、D.Transformer、theMu 与 Future Factory 在阿里巴巴 T2 园区 2楼 虹橙opc社区 共同举办一场 AI 硬件 Jam。
这不是发布会，也不是路演，而是一场给 AI 硬件 builder、开发者、设计师、艺术家和好奇心玩家的现场 Jam。
上半场 Meetup ·「神奇硬件在哪里」：几支正在折腾 AI 硬件的团队，带来还在迭代中的原型，聊聊最近 build 了什么、卡在哪里、下一步想怎么做。
下半场 Build Up ·「灵感市集」：现场提供开发板 和 Nora Hub 支持，大家自由组队，把一个突发奇想的 idea 做成能跑的小东西。不想 build 也可以来 play：逛逛现场、摸摸原型、试试产品，和 builder 们聊聊AI硬件到底有多神奇。
最后 Show & Tell：奇怪但有趣的原型，都欢迎上台亮相。

项目开发进展分享。主办方挑选数支正在做事的 AI 硬件团队，每队 8–10 分钟，讲清楚在做什么、卡在哪、为什么值得做。
14:30–16:00 · Buildup ·「灵感市集」
自由组队、现场试玩、快速开发。一场现场二次开发快闪 workshop。
现场计划提供的设备与支持包括：

你可以围绕现场设备自由组队、快速试错、做一个小型交互装置或 AI 硬件 demo。工程师将在现场巡场支持，协助大家完成从 idea 到可运行原型的过程。

每个项目自愿上台展示。不评奖，不卷完成度，只看谁的东西够好玩、够有启发。
