​BTC State Channel Core Contributor: Sebastian is the CGO of Vishwa network, a dynamic growth executive with over a decade of experience in private equity, M&A investment banking, and expanding financial access in the Americas. He holds an MS from Stanford in Management Science and Engineering. He has led product development and scaled multimillion-dollar ventures, previously serving as a founding business development leader in a successful Silicon Valley wellbeing startup.

​​​OP_Cat Core Contributor: Xiaohui Liu is the founder and CEO of sCrypt Inc., a company dedicated to providing full-stack development platform for UTXO blockchains like Bitcoin. Previously, he was a co-founder and the Chief Scientist at blockchain startup ContentBox. Before that, he was a Research Scientist at Facebook in the Connectivity Lab, conducting fundamental research to make internet access available worldwide. He has a Ph.D. in Computer Science, specialising in peer-to-peer distributed networking.
