We’re excited to announce our next PyLadies Meetup with Futurice. We have some great talks lined up.
Kiti Suupohja will be giving a talk about maintainable code and refactoring "spaghetti" code into a nice, readable program.
Laura Vuorenoja will be giving a talk on Sofa-Driven Development: Letting the Agent Handle It. Get started with Copilot coding agent and discover how to transform AI into an autonomous teammate that tackles tasks while you’re away from your desk. We will explore practical tips and tricks for navigating the initial setup hurdles, while emphasizing how automatic quality checks keep the AI's work reliable. I’ll also demo how I’ve used these agents in my own hobby project to steer development and ship code right from my mobile device - all while staying comfortably on the sofa.
Nastaran Ebrahimi will present to us on Stock Data Analysis & Revenue Comparison with Python. A hands-on project analyzing and visualizing historical stock prices and revenues of Apple, Microsoft, and Google using web scraping, financial APIs, and Python data visualization tools.
