An engineer and former founder, he has held key roles at Motorola and Brightstar—helping drive Brightstar’s expansion into more than 30 markets—and has been involved in major investments in top Latin American startups including Rappi, Habi, and Ayenda Hoteles. With decades of experience across tech, telecom, and global growth, Javier brings a unique perspective to the conversation.
