You'll get the most out of the practice with these steps:

Setup your environment ahead of time with an attacking VM (Kali, Parrot, whatever) and have an account on HackTheBox and TryHackMe.

**ALL levels of experience, skill, and interest are welcome and encouraged to join us. You do not have to be a “hacker” to attend. You can jump in at anytime without CTF experience. The whole point is to just practice, this isn't a competition.**
