Visible Glucose: A Wellness Monitoring Workshop with KAIKO
About this event
KAIKO is hosting a small-group wellness workshop designed to help participants better understand how their body responds to food in everyday life.Through this guided experience, KAIKO will introduce glucose awareness in an accessible and personal way by combining continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), product tasting, light refreshments, and a short nutrition seminar.Participants will receive a CGM device, learn how to apply it with guidance from the KAIKO team, and begin their self-monitoring experience as part of the event. KAIKO will also provide its product for tasting, along with light refreshments, and share practical insights on nutrition, food response, and personal wellness tracking.
Rather than treating the workshop as a one-time measurement session, KAIKO will use the event as the starting point of a broader self-observation experience. After the workshop, participants will be invited to continue a simple at-home monitoring activity so they can observe their own glucose patterns in a more natural daily setting.KAIKO’s goal is to make an often invisible aspect of wellness more visible, approachable, and easy to understand through direct personal experience.
