The Self I Buried
A Halloween Night of Unfiltered Stories, Art & Reflection in Conjunction with World Mental Health Month
This year's World Mental Health month theme "Lived Experiences Heard: Real Voices, Real Change" is about our stories.
Too often, we wear invisible masks and bury our stories and parts of ourselves to navigate daily life. This Halloween, Chengal Centre invites you to an intimate, non-judgmental evening to excavate what we’ve hidden, reflect, and connect.
What’s Happening
🎙️ "Real Fears" Open Mic: Raw spoken word, music, and personal stories on hidden struggles.
(Open mic performers will have 5 minutes to set up and 5 minutes to perform!)

🕯️ Comfort Lounge: A quiet sanctuary space with grounding tools and reflection prompts.
