Your first Climate Week NYC is a lot. 1,000+ events, half of them invite-only, everyone else apparently already knows each other.
This is the event for people who just got here.
No panels. No keynotes. Just small-group introductions, practical guidance from Climate Week veterans — what to prioritize and how to get into the right rooms, and time to find your people before the week starts.

Who's hosting
My name is Neha Arora. I work in sustainable and climate finance, and I hold a PhD in Finance and an MS in Sustainability Management from Columbia University. I spent six years as a Professor of Finance in India before deciding I wanted to mobilize private capital for climate adaptation and mitigation.
I moved to the US two years ago to make that switch. Currently I work in blended and climate finance, supporting appraisal of a $100M+ catalytic capital portfolio across energy, food systems, digital transformation, and climate resilience.
I made the leap, and it started at a Climate Week where I didn't know a single person in the room. I've spent the years since building the network I wished I'd had that day.
That network is The Climate Chain Reaction — a private, invite-only professional community for people building the climate future together: founders, investors, lawyers, policy advocates, facilitators, technologists. Some have been in climate for years. Some are making the leap right now.
What we share is a refusal to keep working in silos. What sets us apart is how we grow: by connecting one another, not by adding numbers.This is one of the few times we open the door to people we haven't met yet. Come find out if it's your kind of room.
