​Women+ Tech Leaders & SheTO presents:

​Our next Women+ Tech Leaders event is taking place on the 13th of November! We’re very excited to be running this event in partnership with SheTO, the world’s largest private network of women and non-binary engineering leaders. Less than 9% of Engineering Executive roles are held by women and SheTO is changing that! We’re looking forward to continuing this collaboration to encourage and amplify women+ voices in tech, ensuring they are heard!

​For this event, we’ll be diving into the topic of ‘Dealing with Executives: Technical and Non-Technical’.

​1. How do you confidently communicate technical risk, opportunity, and value to non-technical boards or stakeholders?
2. What strategies have helped you gain buy-in for long-term investments or emerging technologies like AI?
3. Can you share a time you had to challenge or adjust course with the board, and how you navigated that conversation?
