Personality & BusinessPersonality Science Series – Part 2 (Virtual Event)
This second session of the Personality Science Series applies the foundations of personality science directly to business and professional life.
Building on the understanding of nature vs. nurture and core personality structures, this workshop explores how personality influences the way we work, lead, communicate, and make decisions — often without being consciously aware of it.
Participants will gain practical insight into how personality impacts:
daily routines, work structure, and energy management
team dynamics and collaboration
finding aligned business partners and building sustainable partnerships
recruiting and understanding team members beyond skill sets
marketing and communication based on the product or service you offer
recognizing blind spots that affect growth and decision-making
communication with clients, customers, employees, and partners
Rather than offering one-size-fits-all strategies, this session helps participants understand why certain business approaches feel natural and sustainable for some — and exhausting or ineffective for others.
This is a science-informed, grounded, and interactive workshop with space for reflection and questions. It is not a motivational talk or surface-level business coaching.
Participants who did not attend Part 1 can purchase the recording of the foundational session. We strongly recommend watching it prior to joining this workshop to ensure a shared understanding of the core concepts.
A recording of this session will be available to registered participants for 30 days.
Participants who miss the first session can purchase the recording, and we recommend watching it before joining the second workshop.
