​Connecting Families: Summer Social

​Parents and carers of children and young people of all ages – join us for a friendly and informal online Summer Social!

​We’re inviting you to come together with other families of children and young people with a vision impairment for a relaxed summer catch‑up.

​Throughout the year, our Connecting Families sessions are usually divided into four age groups (Early Years, Primary Years, Secondary Years, Post-16), helping families connect with others whose children are at a similar stage. However, during the busy summer period, we’re bringing everyone together for one informal social session before our usual sessions and age‑specific groups resume in September.

​Whether you’re new to our community or have attended sessions before, this session will be an opportunity to connect and meet other parents and carers with a child with vision impairment.

​This session will take place online, and we’ll send you the Zoom details once you’ve registered for the event.
