This is not a keynote. You're here to build three things: assets you'll use with AI in your work, frameworks to evaluate and implement it, and a skill that keeps developing long after the session ends.
Over 1,000 people have gone through this AI training: executives, athletic departments, police leadership, sales teams, nonprofits, and everyone in between. The pattern is always the same. Why only twelve?
I usually teach this to rooms of 30 to 120. This is the smallest, most hands-on version I've ever run. You'll be working on your own job, not watching a demo, and twelve is the number where I get to everyone.
Who's teaching
I'm Todd Earwood. I've built 18 companies, invested in over 100 AI companies since 2016, and spent the last few years training business people to actually use it. I run Betra Works, an AI training and advisory company right here in Louisville.

How the session runs
Adapt. What's real, what isn't, and which work belongs to AI. You'll sort fact from fiction, learn the five green lights and five red lights for when to use it, decide how far to trust an answer, and find your own pattern, meaning how you'll handle AI and where you'll stall.
Adopt. Hands on keyboard, on your work. You'll learn how to ask so you get there without five rounds of back and forth, set AI up to know your role and your priorities and how you want to be worked with, pick work worth testing, map a cluster of your tasks and place the humans and the AI, and put recurring work on a schedule.
Apply. What you take back. How to fit what you've built into a team that may not be moving as fast as you, which roles around you will help or slow you down, and the AI opportunities sitting nearby that nobody has named yet.
