

Self-Love Walk & Talk
Join us for a Self-Love Walk & Talk, a casual walk to get outside, move a little, enjoy a coffee (or tea!), say hi to someone new and/or spend time doing something just for you.
Whether you want to chat or enjoy the fresh air, this walk is all about taking care of yourself and doing what feels comfortable for you. A free drip coffee is also included as a thank you for showing up for yourself.
While this is a free event, registering lets us know you're coming and community support tickets are appreciated to keep events like this going! Just bring yourself, comfortable shoes, layers (like hats or gloves), and be ready to grab any food or other drinks before we start the walk at 10:30a.
Well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome to join! If you’re bringing your furry friend, please ensure they’re comfortable around other people and pets.
