Always Kind
Always Kind is a 40-min warm, heart-centered practice built around a recorded meditation from George Haas, blending mindfulness, attachment theory, and the cultivation of intentional positivity.
We may work with the divine abodes, loving-kindness, compassion, sympathetic joy, or equanimity, using specific noting techniques that support mentalizing and emotional regulation.
The core practice runs about 25 mins, and is designed to help soften negative “gists” and turn the mind toward a more benevolent, steady view of self and others.
We will open with a few minutes for greetings and introductions, then close with time for reflections.
Recording #45 - Equanimity practice fostering a steady and benevolent self-view
