About Event

You’re great at what you do, your clients love you, and you’ve got the results to prove it. So why does the next stage of growth suddenly feel harder to reach?

You've probably already looked for the answer in your marketing, your sales process, or your own bandwidth. You may have even found things to fix, but the plateau is still there.

That's because the real constraint usually isn't in any one of those areas. It's in the identity you built to get here, and it shows up everywhere: what you say yes to, how you market and sell, and the decisions you keep putting off.

Once you see it, the blind spot stops being a bottleneck and fuels what's next.

You can keep pulling the same three levers and get the same plateau, or spend one day finding the actual constraint.

The three areas we’ll focus on:

We start at the root, your identity as a founder, and then trace how it's shaping the way you operate.

  • Identity: The block isn't knowledge and it isn't effort. It's the identity you built to get here—the stories, beliefs, and self-concepts that made you successful and are now the ceiling. We'll make the invisible visible: surface what's been quietly running your decisions, and show you what needs to dissolve before any strategy, marketing, or sales tactic will hold.

  • Marketing: Find the gap between the value and expertise you actually have, and how clearly you’re communicating it. See where your messaging is underselling you, and what needs to change so people understand why to trust and choose you.

  • Sales: Spot the difference between real momentum and false progress. Identify weak interest early, understand what’s actually happening in your pipeline, and make clearer, more confident decisions about what to pursue.

This isn't a sit-and-get. Every exercise ties directly to a real decision in your business.

The sessions build on each other with facilitated discussion, reflection, and hands-on work throughout. Come ready to dig in and have real conversations with other founders exactly where you are. Leave knowing exactly what’s holding your growth back and the next move to fix it.

Limited to 50 seats to keep the day interactive.

Who’s leading this event?

Brian Ondrako is a 15-year software sales veteran who has sold at every level—SMB, mid-market, and enterprise, across both private and public sector. He now coaches early-stage founders to build the pipeline discipline and systems that make revenue predictable as they scale beyond founder-led sales.

Josh Perry, a former professional BMX athlete and five-time brain tumor survivor who underwent awake brain surgery at Mayo Clinic, is the founder of MITO Performance, a performance coaching and leadership development company built on one core belief: the constraints holding most leaders back are invisible, and they're dissolvable. He works with founders, executives and leadership teams to dissolve the invisible constraints that keep them stuck working harder than they need to.

Stacy Eleczko is a messaging strategist, keynote speaker, and workshop facilitator who helps founders and small business owners get clear on how to communicate what they do, who they serve, and why buyers choose them. She turns the psychology of why people actually buy into messaging that's bold enough to stand out and human enough to earn trust.
