About Event

Introducing Trinity Track Club — a new Wednesday morning training series from Sunday Pace focused on structured workouts, running-specific drills, and pace-based training designed to help runners build fitness, speed, and consistency.

Meet the Coach

A two-time Irish international cross country representative, Eoin brings years of coaching experience helping runners of all levels work toward everything from first finish lines to major personal bests. His approach combines structured workouts, running-specific drills, and practical race guidance designed to help runners train smarter and build confidence.

We’re looking forward to building a strong midweek training group and seeing runners of all levels who are looking to improve.

The goal with Trinity Track Club is simple — to provide high-level training for runners in the city in an approachable and motivating environment.
