​Stéphane Fouché | Japan Country Manager, Persona　

Stéphane leads Persona’s growth in Japan, helping businesses build trust through identity verification and fraud prevention. His experience spans Japan and the U.S., including roles at JPMorgan and DMM, and advising Shibuya Startup Support on strategic partnerships.

Having first come to Japan in 2011, he brings a bilingual, cross-cultural perspective to building businesses and communities. He also serves as Vice Chair of the 2026 Japan–Texas Economic Summit and helps bring alumni and tech professionals together through the Young Alumni Mixer (YAM).
