This session is all about creating a soft space for us to breathe, move, and just be. We’re kicking things off with a Pilates flow designed to help you tap into your strength and find your center, focusing on alignment and intentional movement that feels good in your body.
Once we’ve put in the work, we’ll transition into a deep, restorative sound bath. It’s a dedicated time to quiet the noise, let go of the stress, and soak in the healing vibrations. Whether you’re a pro or it’s your first time on the mat, come as you are and leave feeling balanced, clear, and completely reset.
