AI : Decide where it matters
Cercle du Numérique × AI Loop - From AI ambition to a decision you can actually defend.
Everyone is talking about AI. Fewer organisations are equipped to make confident decisions about where, when and how to deploy it — and where it can create real, measurable value.
Cercle du Numérique and The Pod are joining forces for a different kind of strategic workshop: an evening designed for sixty senior digital leaders to move beyond the usual conference format.
Rather than listening to another series of presentations, participants will work together around the table on real-world AI use cases, challenging assumptions, weighing strategic trade-offs and navigating the decisions that matter.
The goal: to move from AI ambition to a clear, well-informed position that leaders can confidently stand behind.

📅 Tuesday 15 September 2026, 18:30 → 22:00
📍 The Pod - Rue de Rodeuhaie 4, 1348 Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve
👥 8 tables of 8 · one coach per table · 56 seats
🗣️ The event is held in French
The format
The focus is business value and governance. No coding. No building. Instead, participants tackle the strategic questions that matter: Where can AI create real value? How should it be integrated into the organisation? What does responsible adoption at scale look like?
It’s about turning AI potential into clear, actionable choices.
In two hours, each table of 8 starts from a real business question and produces a fully argued AI use case sheet: problem, AI solution, high-level architecture, benefits, risks, final recommendation. One clear deliverable, one sheet per table, one pitch to the room.
The keynote
Azalaïs Davin (Microsoft) opens the evening with the question that can make or break AI at scale: what does it take to make AI work across the organisation? Because turning AI into business impact takes more than technology; it requires leadership alignment, new ways of working and people ready to move with it.
What you leave with : coaching and a method you can reuse to qualify AI use cases inside your own organisation. But also two hours of straight talk with peers facing exactly the same trade-offs : value, sovereignty, and where the human stays in the decision.
Who it's for : Digital decision-makers: CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and C-levels from Cercle du Numérique member companies. The format assumes you can arbitrate on business value and risk — this is an evening for decision-makers, not a technical workshop.
