CX/CS First Tokyo Meet-Up

​This is the first-ever CX/CS meetup in Tokyo, a space for customer experience and customer support professionals to connect, share, and learn from each other.

​Join Kenji (Head of Global Support at Perplexity) and Daniel Orenes Ferrandez (Uber) for the kickoff edition.

​CX and CS are going through a major transformation driven by AI, and everyone in this industry is sitting on valuable experience worth sharing. This meetup is about bringing those stories into one room, no big keynotes, just real conversations between people doing the work.

​What to expect
Doors open at 6:00 PM, kicking off at 6:30 PM with opening words and a round of introductions from participants. From there, we move into open networking from 7:00 to 8:00/9:00 PM.
