Out of the Ordinary: DJ Dance Party
For one Saturday night, The Ordinary turns its volume up.
Join us for Out of the Ordinary, a DJ night inside Collective Z's Pride Month group exhibition, with music by Noel Marino of Ninja Star Studio. The show stays on view all evening — twenty-six queer artists on the walls, the music in the middle of it all.
Noel Marino is the founder of Ninja Star Studio, a creative brand born from more than 25 years of martial arts training. What began as a lifelong dedication to martial arts evolved into a unique expression of art, fashion, music, and culture. As a designer, artist, and DJ, she blends the discipline, philosophy, and mystique of martial arts with contemporary streetwear and creative storytelling — pieces and experiences that bridge movement, self-expression, and the energy of city life, where martial arts meets fashion, music, and art.
The Ordinary is built on a quiet provocation: that the most radical claim a queer life can make is not to be extraordinary, but to be ordinary — and to be ordinary on its own terms. This night is the louder side of the same claim. Come for the music, stay with the work, dance among it.
Your ticket includes drinks (wine + Tito's + Espolon + Tanqueray) all night long. Advance purchase strongly encouraged.
