BOOKING & POSTPONEMENT POLICY
We understand that plans can change.
Visitors, buyers and exhibitors may transfer their booking to another person, company or available event up to 7 days before the event without a change fee.
If the event is postponed, all tickets, buyer registrations and exhibitor bookings automatically remain valid for the new date at no additional cost, or may be transferred to another available event.
Bookings become binding upon payment. Refunds for postponements are not provided except where required by the applicable ticketing platform or applicable law.
