About Event

Join us for an exclusive breakfast roundtable designed specifically for CFOs and Finance Leaders who are navigating the single most discussed question with AI “How can we get practical, visible, and measurable benefits from this technology?”, and consequently why to AI pilots fail.

Even with ever-powerful and fast-multiplying LLMs and AI tools becoming available to businesses, we’re still seeing more failures than successes when deploying these tools in productive environments. One of the most important considerations is how to introduce visibility, measurement, and control in such deployments and this is exactly where Process Intelligence comes in.

This session will explore how Process intelligence uses live-AI to understand, measure, and visualise how processes actually work. This enables business leaders and their teams to re-think and re-design processes and operating models to truly realise benefits from automation and agentic AI tools deployed on top of this reality.

We will demo FUTUROOT – a process intelligence platform that can help provide the evidence and help build context for future AI deployments.

We will discuss:

·       Why most enterprise AI pilots struggle to scale – e.g. a lack of visibility and measurement, and how Process Intelligence solves this

·       What are practical AI challenges in Finance today – governance and sign-off, data readiness, build/buy/partner decisions, expectations on AI risk and AI adoption

·       Evidence to Action – once you can see how a process ‘actually’ runs, what does responsible automation look like?

·       What good adoption look like – following the demo, discuss practical insights on how this can be deployed at organisations successfully

This event will be run in partnership with Percipere / Futuroot and hosted by S&W Consulting Partners Sophie Long and Dan Goodall, alongside Director Pranav Nadkarni.
