joining us will be Melissa Reaves, the founder and CEO of Story Fruition, which works with CEOs, founders, and organizations to help them develop their public speaking and storytelling skills to enhance their leadership.
i'll be asking her some questions centered around how bizdev and AI are affecting our abilities to tell stories effectively, and giving her the opportunity to discuss and possibly demo a new AI product, Missy AI.
the IP, AI, and bizdev interview (approx. 20mins)
joining us will be Jonathan Olson, who wins disruptive intellectual property (IP) for inventors and investors as a Registered Patent Attorney for ÆON Law.
i'll be asking him some questions centered around how IP and contract law is being affected by AI, and what sorts of challenges those seeking to go to market with new ideas are affected.

he is a professor of Management and Information System at MIU in Fairfield, IA. he's a Marquis Who’s Who Top Educator, and has authored a large volume of books and papers, as well as given countless conference presentations all centered around the intersection of leadership, technology, data analytics, and consciousness. he has 20-plus years of tech leadership experience including, most notably, nine years at IBM.
he holds a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, an MBA from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, and a Ph.D. in Management from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH.

he is a entrepreneur, investor, and innovation strategist dedicated to transforming how corporations engage with emerging technologies and startups. as Director of Innovation Acceleration & Strategy at HP, he leads initiatives that fast-track the development and commercialization of next-generation technologies—driving impact across next-gen computing, AI, and immersive tech. his superpowers include connecting ecosystems and accelerating bold ideas from concept to market and bridging corporate scale with startup agility.
beyond HP, he is the founder of Moonbeam, which helps organizations across North America, Europe, and Asia harness AI, AR/VR, and data science for transformative growth. he is also a startup mentor for the University of Washington and Nova University Lisbon, an Innovation Co-Chair for PWNER, and a board member for the Virtual World Society.
Steve
he is the Director of Strategic Accounts at Arm and a 20-year veteran of the technology industry. his business development experience spans from startups to big tech, giving him a broad perspective on innovation and growth. before entering the tech world, he worked on Wall Street, bringing a strong foundation in finance to his current role.
he has lived and worked in both China and Singapore, and he’s passionate about connecting people across cultures and industries. outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his two sons and desperately trying to maintain his ice hockey and basketball careers into middle-age.
Rho
she is an executive leader with 26 years of experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry, most notably as a Business Development Leader at PCL Construction. she blends her global construction business development expertise with her advocacy for women and girls in sports. through several partnerships and initiatives here in the Seattle area, she works actively to break barriers and create access to allow for women and girls to step confidently into spaces and positions once closed to them.
she's been an avid and fervent user of AI since 2022, using it as her not-so-secret weapon for crafting efficient workflows: part strategist, part brainstorm partner, and part comedian, among other things.
