The Product Collective: AI Native Product Teams
AI isn't a side project for product teams anymore. It's changing how we work, what we build, how our teams are structured, and what it even means to now be a product manager, product marketing manager, BA, UX/UI designer and even a developer!
The Product Collective is coming to Boston, and we're kicking things off with an honest conversation about what AI native product work actually looks like. Just product professionals sharing what's working, what isn't, and what they're still figuring out in their day-to-day roles.
What we'll dig into
How product people are using AI in their day to day workflows, from discovery and research to specs, analysis, and prototyping. How teams are building AI into their own products and what they've learned along the way. How AI is reshaping team structures, roles, and the line between PM, design, and engineering. And how your own role is evolving, plus the skills that matter most right now.

You'll be connecting with product managers, designers, engineers, and leaders from companies like BCG, HubSpot, Amazon, and Fidelity Investments. Whether you're deep into AI or just starting to experiment, you'll walk away with real examples and new connections in Boston's product community.
