​This interactive session brings together job seekers, builders, and professionals to share real-world experiences using AI in the job search process. This is not a job fair or recruiting event—instead, it is a collaborative, discussion-driven session focused on learning from each other.

​Participants are invited to share how they are leveraging AI in their job search—tools used, strategies that worked, and challenges faced.

​Learn with Others

​Participants will work in small groups to explore:

• ​How AI is being used for resumes, applications, and outreach

• ​What strategies are leading to interviews and offers

• ​Where AI tools fall short or create new challenges

• ​Key pain points in today’s job search experience

​Each group will share insights with the broader audience, helping us collectively map what’s effective—and what’s still missing.

​The session will conclude with a brief overview of emerging approaches and tools to address these challenges, followed by open networking for those who want to continue the conversation.
