The Corridor ASIA & EUROPE. Two Regimes, One Rail. (Singapore ⇆ Vienna as execution examples).
For the first time both ends of the corridor are writing the same rulebook at the same time.
MiCAR is fully in force in the EU. In Singapore, MAS has its draft stablecoin law out for consultation until 16 October, nine days after this evening. Both ask for full reserves, redemption at par and orderly winddown. Neither answers the practical question for a bank, a payment institution or an exchange: who moves money between the two regimes, at what cost, and what still breaks in the middle.
One keynote, one panel, done by six to eight, because the point of the evening is the two hours of conversation that follow.
Hosted by Advantage Austria, the event will be proudly sponsored by Black Manta Capital, TaxBit, EY Law, Bluecode, Talos and Digital Asset Organisation Austria.

How the evening works. One room, one hour, sixty people who each decide something. Everything said on the floor is under the Chatham House rule: what is said may be used, who said it is not. No recording, no decks, no product pitches. One keynote, one panel, done by ten to eight, because the point of the evening is the two hours of conversation that follow.
The event will bring together a diverse group of professionals, including:
Finance and Crypto Leaders: Representatives from leading financial institutions, crypto enterprises, and fintech startups from the DACH region and Singapore.
German-Speaking Community: Entrepreneurs, investors, and professionals residing in Singapore with roots in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Diplomatic and Economic Representatives: Key figures from the Austrian Embassy and Advantage Austria, fostering economic ties between the regions.
