About Event

A fresh lens on complexity.
On three Wednesday evenings, we step back from the daily rush and look at sustainability challenges from a new angle. This helps us navigate complexity and make wiser decisions in our interconnected world.

This session: The science behind the IDGs
Why do we know so much about the climate crisis and still struggle to act? We look beneath the surface with the Iceberg Model, explore where the IDG Guide comes from, and how its 25 skills across five dimensions connect.

The Thinking sessions
* 4 Nov: The science behind the IDGs
* 11 Nov: Systems Thinking
* 25 Nov: Zen’s perspective on how to make wiser decisions
Each session stands on its own — join one or all three.

About Seeds
Seeds is an online series that dives deep into inner transformation for outer impact, based on the five dimensions of the Inner Development Goals (IDGs) and their skills. We begin with Being and Thinking in November & December; Relating, Collaborating and Acting follow in early 2027. The sessions are also inspired by the wisdom of systems thinking (Theory U) and Zen’s approach to sustainability.
