Latitude No. 6 - Flame and Frost

​In late January the city is all dirty snowbanks and clanking radiators; Flame & Frost lives in those extremes. Bright, bracing acidity gives way to rich, dark, smoky flavors—like stepping out of the glacial air and straight into the hearth. It will be a cold night, warm company, and a deliberately theatrical approach to food.
