​​We are dedicated to providing a safe, respectful, and collaborative environment for all participants. By registering for or attending this event, you agree to comply with the following terms.

​​1. Expected Behavior

• ​​Treat all participants with respect and professionalism.

• ​​Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive environment for startups, investors, and community partners.

• ​​Follow all event instructions from organizers, venue staff, and security personnel.

• ​​Comply with all applicable laws and venue policies.

​​2. Prohibited Behavior

​​The following conduct will not be tolerated:

• ​​Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind.

• ​​Disruptive, unsafe, or threatening behavior.

• ​​Aggressive solicitation or self-promotion outside approved areas.

• ​​Recording, photography, or sharing of content in violation of event guidelines.

• ​​Any activity deemed by organizers to interfere with the event’s purpose or the safety and comfort of participants.

​​3. Right to Refuse or Remove

​We reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse admission to, or remove any individual from the event at any time, with or without a refund. Grounds for removal include (but are not limited to):

• ​​Violation of this Code of Conduct.

• ​​Failure to follow organizer or venue instructions.

• ​​Behavior the organizers determine is disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with the goals of the event.

​​4. Liability & Enforcement

• ​​Organizers assume no responsibility for the conduct of any participant.

• ​​Participants asked to leave will not be entitled to compensation for travel, lodging, or other costs.

• ​​Decisions made by the staff regarding enforcement of this policy are final.

​​5. Agreement

​​By registering for or attending, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Code of Conduct & Event Terms.
