Forest School Experience - 25 June
This series of field trips is being organised by Green Kite to help people connect with the many interesting environmental, biodiversity and community initiatives taking place around Dún Laoghaire.
Sarah Sheeran and Yuki Blakeney from Sense of Wonder Forest School and The Scaip Project will introduce you to Forest School on Killiney Hill. In this guided session for adults, you’ll be invited to explore Killiney Hill’s eco-system through play, arts & crafts, music, foraging for edible and medicinal plants and nature-connection practices. You’ll experience our favourite local park like never before, learn about how the Forest School approach can support eco education and inspire life-long care and appreciation for nature. Be prepared to embrace curiosity, wonder and your inner-child!
Places are limited to 22 people
It is advised to wear practical clothing and shoes
