An Introduction to Rooted Northwest: Cohousing, Land & Climate Resilience
Rooted Northwest is a new cohousing village forming in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains. It brings together values-aligned households who want to live with greater connection to one another, the land, and a shared purpose, on 240 acres with farmland and open space.
In this one-hour info session, you’ll learn what Rooted Northwest is, how cohousing works, and how this village is being shaped around stewardship, collaboration, and everyday belonging.
We’ll also spend time on how Rooted Northwest is thinking about climate resilience in practical ways — through shared land, clustered homes, food-growing, open space, and a community model designed to help neighbors support one another over time.
Here, you don’t just buy a home. You become part of a village.
