One day to apply AI to a task you know well. Bring your experience, work on your own laptop and build a workflow you can test and use again, with Max Del Vita guiding you in the room.

WHO IT IS FOR Experienced professionals in a role, between roles or returning to work, consulting or running a business. No coding experience is required. Comfort with email, documents and spreadsheets is enough to begin.
THE ONE-DAY PROGRAMME Morning: understand how AI works and where it makes mistakes. Choose a task, give Claude useful context and clear instructions, and check your first result. Afternoon: build a repeatable workflow for your task. Test it against examples, refine the instructions and decide where human review belongs. Share what you learned and plan your next steps.
WHAT YOU TAKE HOME A clear task brief, one tested workflow, reusable instructions and a plan for applying it after the workshop. Claude is the primary platform; the workshop also covers ChatGPT.
INCLUDED Lunch, coffee and tea; course materials; alumni community access and monthly AI updates; certificate of completion.
YOUR TRAINER Max Del Vita teaches the full day in person. Max is CEO of Symplehost.ai and a Claude Community Ambassador for Singapore. He designs AI workflows for businesses and has built products at EF Education and Zinier.
WHAT TO BRING A laptop, charger and a task you understand. Public, sample or anonymised documents are welcome. Use employer or client material only with permission. You do not need a paid AI subscription beforehand.
BOOKING Book and pay in full through Luma. Workshop fee: S$489 per person. Review the final total before paying. Tickets are non-refundable unless AI Upgrade cancels; free substitutions are available with at least 48 hours’ notice.
SEPTEMBER WORKSHOP UPDATE The September 21–22 workshop will not proceed. Its replacement is this one-day programme on October 5. If you booked the September workshop, contact hello@aiupgrade.asia to arrange a transfer with any price difference refunded, or a full refund if the new date or format does not suit you.
