The session will be led by Valter Võhma, Associate Partner and Attorney-at-Law at TRINITI, and is aimed at investors who want a clear understanding of regional market practices and how standard agreements vary across jurisdictions.
The training will cover key investment documents, highlight common regional differences, and share practical insights relevant to cross-border investing. The goal is to support informed discussion and more confident decision-making when investing in the region.
The session will consist of a 45-minute presentation followed by a 15-minute Q&A.
