(WORKSHOP) I've been assigned to a project. Now what? A hands-on workshop for talent acquisition professionals
Sound familiar?
At some point, every TA professional gets involved in or is handed a project. It might be one of these:
Redesigning your onboarding process
Rolling out interview training for hiring managers
Standardising job ads across the business
Building a talent pool from scratch
Refreshing your employer brand
Migrating to a new ATS
The brief lands on your desk. Everyone has an opinion. Stakeholders pull in different directions. No one agrees on what done looks like. And no one has actually taught you how to run it.
This workshop fixes that and more 🥳
What you will actually do
Bruno Morgante, founder of Mantegora and former head of Project Management Offices in large multinational organisations, runs you through the foundations in 30 minutes flat. No slides you will never look at again. Really - foundations!
Then you get hands-on. You know? Like a work-shop. The room works through a real project scenario together, tackling 3 things every project lives or dies by:
Scope: what is actually in, what is out, and who decides
Plan: what needs to happen, in what order, and by when
Communications: who needs to know what, and how you keep people on side
After that, the role play begins. Everyone takes on a character with their own goals and a hidden agenda. The debrief at the end is where everything comes together.
What you will walk away with
A practical framework for scoping, planning, and communicating on any project
A clearer instinct for stakeholder dynamics, office politics, and expectation management
The ability to spot what is about to go wrong before it does
The experience of having navigated a project under real pressure, even if only in simulation
Who is this for?
Anyone in talent acquisition who has ever been involved in or handed a project and wondered where to start. Also, anyone who is looking to widen their professional horizons.
Whether you are doing this for the first time or you have been through a few and want a proper framework to lean on, the session is built to be useful at every level.

A word on the price
50€ gets you a lot less in this city than it used to. You know what a decent döner costs in Berlin these days. Somewhere north of 8€, and that buys you about four minutes of satisfaction and a napkin. For 50€, you get 2 hours of proper, hands-on project management learning with someone who has spent 20 years doing this for real in large multinational organisations. We think that is a reasonable trade.
