About Event

Leading in climate isn't just a job. It's a mission. You care deeply about making an impact, and are all too aware of the urgency of this work.

But this work also means that you're sailing into some strong headwinds. So when you're feeling spread thin – chasing deadlines, juggling too much, or feeling tugged by competing priorities – it can be even more disheartening.

This work matters.

But your time and energy are finite.

You don't want to spend 2026 spinning your wheels, or getting lost in distractions. Nor do you want to burn out, or sacrifice time with your family.

It's tough to pinpoint your key priorities, or translate your vision into practical tactics.

You sense that something needs to change in 2026, but traditional strategic planning feels either too corporate, too vague, or too 'productivity bro' to help you navigate the unique pressures and complexity of climate work.

So, let's turn to nature for our inspiration.

Who This Is For

This workshop is designed specifically for climate pioneers: founders, leaders, and executives leading in the climate and nature sectors. This is for you if you are:

  • Navigating too many competing priorities and need to focus

  • Feeling the weight of urgency without a clear strategic roadmap

  • Seeking an intuitive planning approach that honors both ambition and sustainability

  • Open to intuitive, creative approaches to strategy (not just left-brain linear planning)

  • Already familiar with the climate space (i.e., we speak the same language)

Who This Is NOT For

This workshop isn't the right fit if you:

  • Want tactical productivity hacks rather than strategic clarity (I’m not a ‘productivity bro’)

  • Prefer highly structured corporate planning frameworks

  • Aren't actively working – or moving into – climate or sustainability leadership

  • Aren't comfortable leaning into ‘right brain’ thinking or metaphors as tools for clarity

  • Are only seeking 1:1 support (this is a group workshop with solo reflection)

What You'll Leave With

By the end of this intimate workshop, you'll have:

  • A clear vision for 2026: not just what you'll do, but what you won't do (just as important)

  • Your top 3 strategic priorities mapped out using a bespoke garden framework

  • A detailed Q1 action plan with specific milestones and support structures

  • Permission to compost: a concrete list of what you're releasing or delegating this year

You'll leave feeling clearer, more confident, and more aligned about the year ahead.

What Makes This Different

Most strategic planning workshops are either too corporate or too fluffy. This one is neither.

What sets this apart:

  • 🌿 The garden framework

    • We'll work off an intuitive, creative nature metaphor designed specifically for this work, so we can be inspired by the natural world rather than treat our productivity as a machine

  • 🌏 Built for climate pioneers

    • I’ve designed this approach based on the patterns I’ve seen in 2,000+ hours of coaching and training climate pioneers.

  • 👓 Vision then execution

    • No more short-term reactivity that loses sight of what really matters. We start from December 2026 and work backwards. You'll envision success first, then retrofit that into Q1 priorities.

  • 🌱 Space to NOT do things!

    • Traditional planning often adds more to your plate. This approach helps you identify what to compost, delegate, or incubate so you can focus on what truly matters.

What to Expect

  • This is a free, intimate event for existing community members (+ friends)

    • If you're on my newsletter, LinkedIn, or were invited by someone in the community, you're in the right place.

    • Please share this event with others who you think would find it useful. I'm not hosting it at a big Climate Week platform or similar – this is all about our existing relationships.

  • We'll maximise solo reflection time, together.

    • While there will be opportunities to share in chat and plenary, there are no small group breakouts. This design honours that strategic planning is deeply personal work, and lets you share with others as little or as much as is useful.

  • Exclusive 1:1 support for live attendees

    • For people who attend live, I'll be opening up my calendar for a limited number of 20-min strategy audits. I'll be a 'second pair of eyes' on your plan.

PS. Optional (bonus!) pre-work

When you sign up, I’ll send you a link to download my free Annual Reflection Guide & Clarity Check for Climate Pioneers.

  • This is an in-depth workbook that helps you make sense of the last 12 months, audit the present day, and set your big picture vision for 2026.

  • Note: you don’t have to have completed this to attend the workshop, and it’s designed to stand alone. But it’s a strong foundation for our workshop.
