AI is landing in everyday work faster than most organisations are built to absorb it. Roles get redrawn mid-quarter. Hiring plans stop matching the work. Learning programmes go stale between planning and rollout. The people asked to sort this out are doing it without a playbook, because nobody has written one yet. These are the uncomfortable conversations nobody talks about, but that need to happen.
The ⎎ LeaderShift Club runs spaces where operators talk openly about what they are trying, what broke, and what they would do differently. This one is about the organisation itself: the skills, the roles, the hiring, the tools, the way work gets structured around people and agents.
Together we will:

The discussion runs under the Chatham House Rule. Take the ideas with you. Leave the names behind. That keeps the conversation honest without anyone putting company information at risk. We are very cautious about confidentiality. What is said in the room stays in the room.
