Product engineering @ Mentimeter

​At Mentimeter, we’re moving away from product teams having explicit frontend and backend roles towards a single role: the product engineer. It’s a shift from writing code to owning outcomes. Product engineers stay close to users, help shape what gets built, and take responsibility for delivering real value, not just features.

​This meetup is for anyone curious about that shift and the talks applies to most (if not all) who build digital products, regardless of role.

The talks will take you through the organisational and personal aspects of product engineering and will finish of with one of the most powerful tools in the product engineering tool-belt: how to harness the increased shipping velocity by running high quality experiments to verify if what was built actually is actually useful for users.

Presentations are scheduled to run from 5pm to 6pm.
