Sculpt, Sweat, + Supper
Another LNPC Sculpt, + Sweat (but this time also with Supper!) at Badhus ❤️🔥
Join us for a carefully curated evening that blends intentional movement, deep recovery, and indulgent dining.
We’ll begin with a grounding, sculpt-focused mat Pilates class led by Steph Ingerman of Luna Nuova Pilates Club, designed to strengthen, lengthen, and leave you feeling worked in the best way.
From there, ease into pure post-movement bliss. Drift between the steamy Badhus social sauna, refreshing canal swims, and invigorating ice bath plunges — unhurried, relaxed, and fully taken care of. Expect cozy moments, good conversation, and that post-sauna glow.
To close the evening, we’ll head to Café Soleil (which is attached to Badhus!) for a delicious two-course dinner. Think beautiful plates, nourishing flavours, and the joy of sitting down together after moving and sweating it out ✨

🧦 Bring a dry change of clothes for dinner - avoid getting sick as it’s chilly winter season!
