​After placing 2nd 🥈 in the Good Neighbors Citywide Hackathon at Indy Hall, the Plothole Project isn’t stopping at ideas —— we’re building.

​This Collab Lab is a working session for builders, creatives, and operators who want to turn a strong concept into a real, usable solution for Philly.

​What This Is

​A hands-on build sprint to evolve the Plothole Project from hackathon prototype → real-world product.

​We’ll be:

• ​Defining MVP scope and features

• ​Breaking into pods (product, design, engineering, community)

• ​Assigning ownership + next steps

• ​Mapping out a launch-ready roadmap
