ISCB SC RSG-Nigeria is excited to host an open-source in practice webinar. The session is beginner-friendly and focused on getting the right tools and insights from a Microbiome scientist's perspective on open-source workflow.

Dr. Svetlana Ugarcina Perovic

Svetlana Ugarcina Perovic is a microbiome scientist with a main research focus on the global microbiome and antibiotic resistome. Svetlana is a strong supporter of the open source and open science initiatives, such as the Microbiome Digest, Microbiome Virtual International Forum, National Summer Undergraduate Research Project, Outreachy, BugSigDB and curatedMetagenomicData.
